PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Put this mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with melted butter. Top with walnuts.

Bake at 350°F for one hour or until knife comes out clean. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
