WHITE BEAN SALAD 
5 tbsp. salad oil
5 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 green pepper
4 strips parsley
3 tbsp. cut chive
4 c. cooked white beans, chilled
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Put salad oil, vinegar, sugar, catsup, salt, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce in blender container; cover and run on speed 6 (or high) until smooth. Add green pepper, parsley and chives and run on speed 4 or low just until vegetables are chopped. Mix dressing with chilled beans; serve in bowl lined with romaine. Makes 8 servings.
