SQUASH RED PEPPER STIR FRY | |
3 c. squash (yellow or zucchini) 1/2 med. red pepper 1 sm. onion 2 tsp. oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In large bowl, combine vegetables. Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add oil, heat until ripples. Add vegetables, stir fry 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp tender. Season with salt and pepper. 30 calories. |
