STROMBOLI 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed but not raised
1/2 lb. baked ham, sliced
1/2 lb. hard salami, sliced thin
1/2 stick pepperoni
3/4 lb. provolone & mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll and stretch 1 loaf of bread dough onto a lightly greased 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet. Place ham singly on dough. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese on ham. Place slices of salami side by side to cover cheese and ham. Sprinkle 1/3 more cheese on salami. Place pepperoni on cheese, sprinkle green peppers, onions, mushrooms and remainder of cheese evenly over pepperoni. Roll out second loaf of dough on counter then place and stretch over all ingredients. Crimp edges of bottom layer of dough and top layer of dough together.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 30 minutes. Cut and serve warm (leftovers can be wrapped in foil and reheated). Can be made ahead and kept refrigerated for several hours or overnight before being baked. You can also roll out 1 loaf of bread dough at a time. Cut in half. Layer the ingredients on both halves. Roll each half and place on cookie sheet.
