BACON AND WATER CHESTNUTS 
1 lb. bacon, cut into 3rds
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can water chestnuts, drained

Cut water chestnuts in half and roll up in bacon. Seal them with a toothpick. Place in a casserole dish. Mix chili sauce, Miracle Whip and brown sugar together in a bowl. Pour over water chestnuts and bacon; cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, until done.
