COCONUT LEMON BARS 
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely shredded coconut
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease lightly on oblong pan 13 x 9 1/2 x 2. Mix first 3 ingredients together thoroughly. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix thoroughly eggs, 2 cups brown sugar and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over the partially baked bottom layer. Bake about 25 minutes until top is lightly browned. Cut into bars when cool.
