PASSOVER PIZZAS 
3 c. matzoh farfel
2 1/2 c. boiling water
5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:

1 can tomato sauce
Italian seasoning, crushed
Red pepper, garlic powder, onion to taste
Mozzarella cheese
Mushrooms, peppers or other vegetables, optional

Pour boiling water over farfel. Drain. Beat eggs with salt, pepper. Pour over farfel and mix well. Pour mixture onto well greased pizza pan or cookie sheets. Bake 30 minutes or until set in 350 degree oven.

Mix sauce ingredients. Spread on pizza dough. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella to cover. Add additional toppings if desired. Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
