PARTY BEEF AND CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
8 oz. can crescent rolls
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked and drained green beans
1 slightly beaten egg
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat, onion, and green pepper in a large frying pan. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, garlic salt, and salt. Simmer while preparing crust.

CRUST:

Separate crescents into 8 triangles. Place in 9 inch ungreased pie pan, press over bottom and sides. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese, spread on crust, sprinkle with rest of cheese and paprika. Bake at 370 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
