2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can Milnot
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag taco-flavored Doritos

Brown hamburger and onions together. Mix in soups, Milnot, enchilada sauce and peppers. Blend together well. Line casserole with Doritos, pour in meat mixture, more Doritos, then cheese on top. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
