SANDWICH FILLINGS 
PRUNE AND NUT FILLING:

Mix together 1/2 cup pitted prunes, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 cup chopped nut meats. Add a few drops of almond extract (optional). Serve on cracked wheat bread.

CREAM CHEESE AND NUT FILLING:

Mix together 3 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup American cheese, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, dash of ground red pepper and 1/4 cup chopped nut meats. Serve on rye or any dark bread.

TUNA AND CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

Mix together 3 oz. cream cheese, 6 1/4 oz. chunk tuna, 1 tablespoon green onion, 1 tablespoon green pepper, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup nut meats. Serve on any type bread.

HAM AND CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

Mix together 3 oz. light cream cheese, 4 1/2 oz. light deviled ham and 1/3 cup whole cranberry sauce until fluffy. Serve on Pumpernickel bread.
