2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
sweetened coconut
pecans
mini chocolate chips

Mix baking mix, milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat skillet with small amount of oil. Pour batter into heated pan. Add desired amount of mini chocolate chips.

Flip pancake when bubbles appear and edges look dry. Top with coconut and pecans. Add your favorite pancake syrup. Repeat, for a stack. Enjoy!!
