BAR-B-Q BEEF (Crock Pot) | |
3 1/2-4 lb. boneless beef chuck roast 1 c. chopped onions 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. paprika 1/3 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. lemon juice 14 oz. bottle ketchup Cut beef crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Slice beef raw. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cook 5-6 hours in the crock pot. Serve on steak rolls. |
