CHILI 
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
20 oz. can dark kidney beans

Saute garlic, onion and green pepper in butter. Add beef and brown. Add chili powder, oregano and black pepper. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 1 hour. Add beans. Smash along side of pan. Cook for 30 minutes more.
