4-6 apples, cut up
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Raisins (optional)

Combine apples with wet ingredients. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Pour into greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
