ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
dash red pepper

Mince artichoke hearts very fine or use food processor. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Bake in greased dish at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips or croutons.
