CARAMEL PEANUT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. melted butter
25 to 30 caramels
5 tbsp. milk
Chocolate chips
Dry roasted peanuts

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and baking soda with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mixture will be sticky. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.

While crust is baking, melt caramels with milk and blend until melted and smooth. Sprinkle desired amount of chocolate chips over warm crust. Wait a couple of minutes and spread chocolate out evenly. Sprinkle desired amount dry roasted peanuts over melted chips. Drizzle caramel over peanuts. Pre-cut lines into bars and refrigerate.
