YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Bake one pan of cornbread; crumble this in large casserole. Boil about 5 small squash, mash squash and reserve liquid. Crumble 1 pound hamburger in skillet. Cook until brown; drain off fat. Chop 1/2 onion and mix with squash. Grate 1 pound cheddar cheese and divide.
