HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. can crabmeat
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 shakes garlic salt
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Sprinkles of paprika

Soften cream cheese; add everything except crab, 1 cup of the cheese and paprika. Stir in crab, grate remaining cup of cheese. Put into shallow baking dish and add the cup of cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes then let set for about 15 minutes. Can be prepared that morning for that night.
