SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix all but cheese, put into greased pan, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until set and golden brown.
