CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
1/2 lb. sausage
1 - 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper (optional)
3/4 c. rice
2 or 3 eggs
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. can V-8 juice

Mix all ingredients except V-8 juice. Form meat into medium size balls. Put cabbage head into kettle with stalk down and let it boil with small amount of water or until leaves are sort of wilted. Then separate leaves and wrap around meat balls. Put into kettle and pour V-8 juice over them. Cook on medium for about 1 hour.
