PORK CHOP AND RICE BAKE 
6 pork chops, center cut
1 c. cooked rice
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can water
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops and drain. Into an oblong casserole pour soup, water and cooked rice. Add melted butter and salt and pepper. Arrange pork chops on top of this mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
