1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 egg yolks, beaten until light
Add: 2 c. thick sour cream

Combine the liquid and dry ingredients. Beat until stiff but not dry. Beat three egg whites and fold into batter. Bake in waffle iron.
