MINCEMEAT FRUITCAKE 
2 eggs
1 (28 oz.) jar ready-to-use mincemeat
16 oz. mixed candied fruit (about 2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or tube pan, 10x4 inches. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in mincemeat, candied fruit, condensed milk and pecans. Stir in flour and baking soda. Pour batter into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
