1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

FROSTING:

1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Bring sugar and syrup to boil. Add and dissolve peanut butter in hot syrup. Combine cereal and melted mixture together and mix well. I use the Tupperware Fix-n-Mix bowl for mixing. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chips together and frost.
