RHUBARB CRISP 
Combine:

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening

Combine ingredients above and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
