STEAK PARMEGIANA 
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 cube steaks
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
6 green stuffed olives
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat garlic in oil, then brown steaks on both sides. Salt and pepper steaks. Remove garlic. Pour tomato sauce over; sprinkle with basil. Top with sliced cheese and olives. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until steak is done.
