EGG AND HAM BAKE | |
16 slices bread 1 lb. chipped ham 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 6 beaten eggs 3 c. milk 1/4 lb. butter, melted Trim crust from bread. Put 8 slices of bread into bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Layer with ham, top with grated cheese. Put 8 more slices of bread on top. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over top of bread layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, drizzle melted butter on top and top with corn flakes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yields: 12-15 servings. |
