AVOCADO SUPREME 
2 lg. avocados
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. mild sauce
1/2 c. ketchup sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 hard boiled eggs
1 head lettuce

Prepare a sauce with the salt, vinegar, oil, and mild sauce. Cut avocados lengthwise in eight slices. Peel and cut each slice in three or four pieces. Pour sauce over and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Remember to cover the bowl.

When it's time to serve, drain avocados, saving the sauce. Mix it with the ketchup and mustard sauce. Pour over avocados and toss. Prepare salad plate with lettuce leaves and pour the avocados. Garnish with boiled eggs. Serve with garlic bread.
