CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1 lb. lean pork or chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, seeded & sliced
Flour tortillas
Green onion tops, sliced (opt.)
Shredded lettuce (opt.)
Bottled salsa (opt.)

Slice pork or chicken into 1/8" strips and marinate in mixture of garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, orange juice, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes.

Add meat, onion and green pepper to oil in hot skillet (400 degrees). Cook until it no longer looks pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas accompanied by green onions, lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, guacamole and/or Jack cheese.

NOTE: The meat can be cooked on the grill, just add oil to the marinade and don't slice the meat until cooked. The green peppers and onions can be cooked separately on the stove.
