TUNA SALAD FOR 50 
5-7 cans tuna, drained
5 c. celery, chopped
2 1/2 qts. cooked peas
15 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. sliced olives
8 c. cooked macaroni

Mix and serve on lettuce. Serves 50.
