POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
Chives
Salt and pepper
Whipping cream
Wieners or ham, cut up

Use a roaster or heavy pan. Cut potatoes as you would for French fries, leaving the peelings on. Layer in pan with lots of fresh chives or you can use dried ones, salt and pepper and I like to use small or cut up wieners.

When through layering, pour 2 cups of whipping cream over all until half way up in pan. Bake in slow 275 to 350 degree oven. Turn over when half baked. Takes a little longer to bake when you bake slow.
