CRUSTY BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. hamburger
4 (10 1/4 oz.) cans meatless mushroom Italian sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
Seasoning salt
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced

Heat oil, add onion and cook until tender and golden. Add meat and cook until meat loses its red color, stirring often. Add mushroom sauce and salt. Heat. Arrange in layers in casserole alternating noodles, sauce, cheese, sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, top should be nicely browned. Makes 8-10 generous servings. 13 inch pan.
