FROGMORE STEW 
large pot of water
Old Bay seasoning in can
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
new potatoes, medium size
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced
peeled shrimp
corn-on-the-cob

NOTE: Use 1 potato, 1/2 lb. shrimp and 1 corn on the cob per person. Corn can be fresh or frozen, cut in half.

Bring water, seasoning, lemon juice and oil to a boil. Cut potatoes in half and add to water. Boil for 5 minutes. Add kielbasa; boil 5 minutes. Add corn; boil 5 minutes. Then check potatoes and sausage to see if done. Then add shrimp; boil 5 minutes. Do not overcook shrimp. Should have just turned pink. Pour into large colander.
