CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 recipe corn bread, crumbled
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp fried, crumbled
2 green peppers, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pickle juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Layer corn bread, bacon, green peppers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sweet pickles. Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice and sugar in a small bowl and blend well. Drizzle over salad. Toss lightly just before serving.
