MUSCACHOLI 
2 (15 oz.) block chilies
4 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
4 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
2 soup cans of water
4 onions, cut up
3 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. Italian sausage
4 tsp. oregano
3 tsp. anise
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 - 3 pkg. muscacholi noodles

Mix all ingredients except noodles in big pot. Simmer 2 hours. Cook noodles. Add to sauce mixture.
