HOT SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PUFFS | |
1 lb. cooked potters sausage, crumbled 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese 1 c. biscuit mix 3 to 4 tbsp. water After cooking sausage until lightly brown and fat drained off, spoon into bowl. Cool. then add cheese, biscuit mix and water. Mix with fork until blended. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and brown. |
