1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 squares chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk

Drop by teaspoon and bake at 350 degrees about 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with a little chocolate icing and nuts on top.
