HEALTH FOOD MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. whole bran cereal
3 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. molasses

Mix all ingredients together; beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Greased bottom only of 12 muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
