CHILLED DESSERT 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Bring water to boil. Add butter and stir until melted. On low heat, add flour and salt, stirring vigorously. Cook until thick and draws away from sides of pan. Remove from heat and cool for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Fill muffin tins that are greased. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. When cool, cut off top and fill puffs with custard or whipped cream or ice cream. Can cover with chocolate frosting.
