CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Wesson oil
1/2 tbsp. milk or cream

Cook chicken, take bones out and cut up. Stir oil, milk and eggs with fork. Add flour. Knead and roll thin, cut into strips. Bring chicken broth to boil. Add noodles and cook 20 minutes. Add cooked chicken.
