DELICIOUS TOSSED SALAD 
Make dressing first and let stand at least 1 hour.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. parsley
Dash red pepper
Sauce or cayenne

Put into pan over medium heat and stir constantly:

1/4 c. almonds, slivered
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar

Toss a package of fresh salad greens with a can of mandarin oranges, drained. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss. Sprinkle sugared almonds on top. Serve.
