1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 stick Butter, softened
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Salt

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cream sugar and eggs together.

3. Add butter and mix well.

4. Add buttermilk, salt and vanilla extract just to blend.
