GRILLED TOMATOES 
4 med. ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Half tomatoes (or cut in thick slices). Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over tomatoes. Trim with snipped parsley. Heat tomatoes, cut side up on griddle about 5 minutes or until hot through.
