CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) cans green beans, drained
3 c. or more cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 box Croutettes stuffing
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. water
1 stick butter

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put green beans on bottom. Lay small chicken pieces over the beans. Combine sour cream and onion soup mix. Spread over chicken. Prepare stuffing mix. Boil 1 1/2 cups or more of water. Pour 1 1/4 cups or more over butter to melt it. Then mix with stuffing mix. Spread over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
