BEACON HILL COOKIES 
1 c. (6 oz.) chips
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Melt chips over hot water. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Slowly add sugar and beat well. Beat until peaks form. Add vinegar and vanilla. Beat well (10 minutes all together). Fold in coconut, nuts and chocolate. Drop from teaspoon onto greased sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 30 cookies.
