HOT SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. bacon fat (optional)
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 med. onion, grated

Wash spinach, pull off stems. Dry well and tear into bite size pieces. Arrange in bowl with mushrooms, eggs and bacon. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet (can also be heated in microwave) and heat to a simmer. Pour hot dressing over salad. Toss and serve at once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
