1 3/4 c. Crisco
4 c.flour
1 tsp. vinegar, mixed into 1 egg in 1 cup measuring cup add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.

Blend Crisco and flour. Add liquid and mix gently. Divide into 4 balls; each ball makes 1 crust.
