STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. (1 lb. can) stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. precooked rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Salt and pepper

Parboil peppers in salted water 5 minutes. Saute onion in butter, then brown ground beef. Mix rest of ingredients, stuff peppers. Can sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
