CORNBREAD DRESSING 
7 c. cornbread crumbs
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. minced onions
1 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. McCormick fried chicken seasoning
1 1/2 c. chicken livers and giblets chopped fine
1/3 c. chopped onion tops
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. celery

Pour the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup over the bread crumbs. Saute onions, green peppers, and celery in butter until tender. Mix the bread crumbs and saute seasoning with the onion tops and parsley. Add the cooked and chopped livers and giblets along with fried chicken, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
