BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium vidalia onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
1 (15 oz) can dark kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can butter or lima beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. vinegar (white)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
Dash of salt and pepper

In a medium sized sauce pan, brown the hamburger along with the onion. Drain. Add the pintos, kidney and butter (or lima) beans. Stir. Add chili powder, vinegar, brown sugar and ketchup. Throw in a dash of salt and pepper. Stir well. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350°F oven. Stir once more before serving. Enjoy!

If in a hurry, just heat on medium high in sauce pan until bubbly, then serve.
